30" tall cabinets

This may wind up being a garage project if I have to make the things.
I have an older rental property that needs new bathroom cabinets. The countertop is still in place and I'd rather not remodel the whole damn place to fit the new standard sizes, but none of the big stores here sell 30" tall base cabinets.
Are these available somewhat readily without buying custom built units?

buy normal bases, and build custom kickers @ whatever height needed to fit space.

Upper cabinets are 30" tall.
But shallower and no drawers.

Normal bases are 34.5" tall.

2x6 frame and call it done. Or even 1x6 with cross members and corner supports.

I looked at the Lowes website to see what they have for bathroom cabinets. I noticed there are a number of them built on legs like this:

Something like that would be fairly easy to cut down in height, if the style works for you.

Its a rental, just throw whatever you can find in there
