Waiting on permit for my 30' x 44' x 10' with scissors trusses, one 16' x 9' door and one 9' x 8' door.
Planning on radiant heat, epoxy floor, new tool cabinets and reviewing lighting options on this site now.
Will post the whole build once the ground breaking commences! Hope to get permit within two weeks!
