30 X 42 Detached Garage w/Loft

In the final stage of completing my garage with loft (16X42) and a full bathroom (shower). Only work outsource was concrete, trusses install and metal roof. Everything else was installed by me (one-man show). Exterior wall is Hardi stucco panels w/Benjamin Moore paint Regal Select Exterior.
I have been annex into the city and they are installing sewer lines down the middle of the street. Once they finish I will be able to connect and request final inspection. Thanks to "Platonic Solid" for bay lights recommendation couldn't be happier. The garage doors are 12w x 14h.

Initial intent was epoxy, but over the last few days I have been looking at garage floor tiles. So many options and opinions. Wall covering after sewer lines in complete.

On both gable Ends I see a different trim pattern. Is that your design?

Those framings sure make me think, oooh, garage door up there with windows.....great for summer time beer sessions. Open up door, slide down mesh. I woulda done steel rails on the outside if my thinking here would of been implemented.
