Hello All,

This is my garage build. I'm located in South Jersey. This build has been going on since 2007. Just had my concrete poured earlier this year and on Friday, 9/23/2011, I added a nice little vehicle. Right now I am insulating the garage and I intend on putting up drywall throughout. I'm not yet sure what I'm going to do with the floor or how I'm going to lay out the garage but I'm sure it will be fun! Thanks for viewing.

Thanks. The ceilings are 10 feet high. Probably should of got 12 or 14 feet ceilings. The two front garage doors are 10' wide and 8' tall. The side garage door is 9' wide and 8' tall.

Very nice. I'm having a 30x48 pole barn put up too. So far it's just a skeleton but it'll hopefully be done by the end of this week. How does the size feel to you? Most of my friends and family think my garage is overkill but I'm imagining it getting filled up very quickly and wishing I had more space.

I've always liked those trucks. I heard them talking about them on the car show last week. They mentioned them having trouble with frames bending but that's probably due to people being stupid.

Thanks. My friends and family think it is overkill too but its a good size for me. Of course, if I could have gone bigger I probably would have. The only thing that stopped me was a big pecan tree behind the garage.

I also hate too much clutter, which is why I will probably put up a shed to store my riding and push lawn mowers, yard tools and gas cans. They take up too much valuable space. :bounce:

Regarding the Raptor, there has been a lot of back and forth between the drivers and Ford regarding the bent frames. Some say it was the drivers fault and others say it was the frame. Before I bought the truck I reviewed both sides of the argument and I was satisfied enough with Ford's response.

Looks great, post frame garages have a lot of bang for the buck. Do you have foil insulation under the roof? We used to have some that was white on the bottom side, foil on the top, I thought it looked a lot better. Here is a picture of mine with the foil insulation.

Thanks. Yes, the builder put foil insulation under the roof. Not much R-value but it seems to stop condensation.
