300mhz 9 Dip Switch Old School Remote Source?

Have an older gate opener with a 9 dip switch (no learn button/rolling code) at 300mhz that I am trying to source a compatible remote for, preferably keychain.

Upgrading to a newer receiver is not an option as it would mess with other tenants in the building (rental), but I cannot find a 9 dip 300mhz yellow anywhere. Any source, website, suggestion for compatible 10 dip, etc would be much appreciated.

Or confirmation that they are no longer available anywhere and this is a pointless endeavor.

My ancient Sears opener uses a 9 pin dip type remote. I found replacements for them a couple of years ago on Amazon but the company does not seem to have them any longer. (Beeskeys) I still have one of the originals if you are interested. I will try it out later on to make sure it is on the 300 mhz band.

The remote I linked does in the 300s.

The KLIK1U, KLIK5U, and KLIK2U operate on 310MHz, 315MHz, 318MHz, 390MHz and 372.5MHz radio frequencies.

Not sure if ops gate is one of those above.

Are all remotes like this only assigned those specific frequencies or can others be used in that range?

You should be able to get a programmable one. It'll learn off an existing remote.
The 10 dip switch ones should also work. I haven't set one in ages but the manuals used to specifically say if you didn't have that many dipswitches to put the extras in a certain position.
