I am betting most are China Made now. My only complaints with this set are no 6-point 1/2" sockets, and few deep wells in 1/2". That's the cheapest I've seen that set.

All the 309pc sets at my store are China. There may be a few USA sets still out there but would be very hit and miss.

The 250pc sets are still mostly (if not all) USA and the price is now $161.99 before discounts, which I would much rather pay than a 309pc China set. It was $135.99 or $116 with TOOLS20 a week or two ago when I pulled the trigger on a USA made set.

Every time these come up this cheap I go and see all the people who bought them off ebay for $300+ and keep thinking I should flip a few sets.

Says tools20 won't work on a Hot buy Item and when I put it in the cart it shoots up to $195

Of all the larger Mechanics sets - the 255 and 220 piece had the most USA COO sets, I have seen in the stores. Over the last two months I have not seen any of the 309 piece sets - only China COO.

Good luck on your search
