30x33 All Brick with 11 ft Ceilings

Built on 3ft cinder blocks to raise the ceilings up to 11ft. Fully epoxyied floors with Kobalt and Gladiator storage. Dual blade fans, separate 200amp service with outlets every 4 ft. Two additional rooms in the back. One for lawn equipment with separate roll up door. The lighting package includes 6, 18000 lumen lcd strips. The doors are equipped with Schlage soft touch automatic wifi capable locks. Dual 6000 watt suspended heaters.

Where are you located? Kind of sounds like this was done by contractor, what kind of cost for turn key? If not, do you have more pictures and details of construction?

Building a similar sized structure now, 27x32. Taking quite a bit longer than I hoped, but may post details when complete.

The rack shelving with totes is the same setup I have in my basement. Everyone that walks downstairs looks at it and says "Looks like a Summit Racing warehouse". Granted, I do have about 26 racks with about 130 totes, most filled with Ford parts (Never have enough Ford parts LOL).
