30x36 Build

Just started a new summer build. Going to be 30’x36’ with 12’ walls and vaulted trusses. Will try and update as I progress.

Where is it located? What is the intended use? Do you have any plans to upload? Any stupid limits imposed by meddling neighbors or govt?

This is located in Saskatchewan Canada. Will be used as a shop space. I’m fortunate this is being built on 320 acres of private land so the only rules I need to follow are local building standards. Concrete is booked for tomorrow morning

Forms stripped and control joints cut today. Framing should start in a week.

I like the scent of fresh concrete when I drink my first cup of coffee in the morning.

Trusses showed up today. Rest of the lumber should be delivered by Wednesday and we’ll be framing.

Any of you guys have a concrete sealer you’d recommend? I like the look of concrete but want to protect it at the same time.
