30x36 Gearhead Garage Build

For the past Decade I have been dreaming of the day I could have my own garage/shop to work on and store my cars. I have been a mustang enthusiast since I was a young boy and grew up around them with my father. I have recently moved back to the northeast and purchased a piece of land that I can call my own. Follow my journey as I share the build of my 30x36 garage.

Here is the layout view. It is 30' deep by 36' wide. It will have a small bathroom and a small service room for compressor. It will also have a 40" staircase to bonus attic truss room.

Concrete prep. Alaskan slab with with 4 inch slab. dug out pads for lift supports as well. I also added vapor barrier under slab.

Walls are up. Now to the trusses. The walls are 2x6 12' the overhead doors are 9'x10' going with a 8/12 pitch roof with attic trusses. we had a polished finish put on the slab as well.
