30x36 with mezzanine

30x36... 14 ft walls one half to accommodate a lift and a mezzanine. Hired a framer, did all the rest myself. Drains in both sides as well. Set up for motorcycles and vehicles. Still need to put vehicle lift in. I’ve got 9 motorcycles, an Fj Cruiser and the wife’s car in it and still lotsa room to wrk! Here are the photos I took along the way, enjoy!

Thanks! Yeah it makes the most of the space for sure. I still have some cabinets to build, I like to have a place for everything.

GWN, NICE shop man. Love the loft. What kind of lift have you decided on? 2 or 4 post? Love the FJ, I got a 4runner and Tundra and a AWD Rav for the wife.

Thanks guys! I’m going with a 2 post. Yeah the FJ is a beast. It’s my sons, he’s storing it here for the winter. It’s got a blade attachment so no complaints haha

Couple of the rigs we’ve built. Gonna be nice to work on them in the new shop. Laying under the ‘71 to install the 6” lift was not fun! The ‘72 has a 600 hp 454 under the hood.
