30x40 building where to buy?

I am looking to buy materials to put up a 30x40 building, mostly just for covered parking as all my cars have to sit outside. So who have you guys used? any good deals or any companies to steer clear of? Thanks in advance,

Try Construction Supply in Chester Il. (618) 826-5063 I talked to Shawn they are south of St Louis. Also I went to DIY pole barn on the internet they deliver free to MO.

John - take a look at Coachhouse garages. They are factory built and go up in a single day. They build in the St. Louis area. A buddy of mine had a 24 x 24 put up and he is very happy with it.

I had a 32 x40 polebarn by DIY polebarns put up. I am very happy with it and with the peice. I had it built by their prefered builder with door openings only to save on the intial cost. Then bought the doors as they came on sale and as funds allowed. The floor was poured this fall. Its taken a year but I couldnt do it any other way.
