30x40 garage floor

I live in northern Wisconsin and trying to estimate the cost of a 30x40 garage floor. I don't know if I need footers or just a slab with rebar or slab footers and rebar. I will not be doing any of the work myself because I don't know anything about garage floors. I'am just trying to see if I can get a garage this year. There will be a scissor lift just for doing body work and oil change. Sorry so long

You need to decide what style building you want. A pole barn will require no footers. The slab is poured after the building is up and uses the rat wall as the form.
A stick built may or may not require footers but that all depends on your local building codes, frost depth and substrate.
Talk to a builder, they will be able to guide you better.
