Started this Jan2 of this year, building it as we're building our house. Our electrician talked us into running our service to the shop first (shop is closer to the road...) then wire it for a NG generator backup so all the mess and noise is off the shop and hidden from the house.

Day one of framing actually seen the walls up and two walls sheeted. Sorry, framing started Jan.2 2012, there was obviously quite a bit of prep and excavation done prior.

Now, Roof is on and wrapping started but concrete guys were hot to get the floor poured. Perfect, they were pouring the house basement and attatched garage so keep em going! Get this mess outta the way in one shot.
Framer took a break to let the smoke clear and they're come back next week to rough in the bay doors and finish the typar.

Thanks guys, I'll post more pics when the mess is cleaned up. We just finally got Jan. weather so I've gotta go get the extra wood cleaned up and in the shop so it reusable.

The shop is for hot rod work and band practice when it's done.

I'm trying to sort out a radiant tube heating system that doesn't run directly over the hoist area.
