Hey everyone !
I've been enjoying this site for a long time, but i finally started my new shop so I figured I'd post.
in the last two weeks I have:
Cut down 13 - 90 foot tall pines.
Used a 20 ton excavator to find and remove all the **** my home builder hid !
Moved 6 giant "potatoes", a couple the size of my DUALLY !
Had the footings and walls formed and poured.
Hemorraged a pile of money !
The new shop will be 30x40, 2 stories, 14' ceilings lower, 8 foot ceilings upstairs. Clear span, no columns.
1-12X12 Door, 1-10X12 and 36" entry door.
Radiant heat, truck lift, bike lift...
Can't wait !
This site is fantastic, there are some truly GREAT garages and talent on this site.
