30X50 shop - listed it wrong. Problems from the start. The excavation found a spring that comes out of cut into the hill when it rains, lots of water. So I have to install what they call French or Trench drains to get the water away from the slab. Then I had problems finding a contractor to do the cement, then the contractor screwed and didn't read the blue prints right. I'm fixing the mistakes. I didn't figure on added costs that I just didn't see. So I'm having to spread things out so I can save the money up over a few months. I need a backhoe to do the French drains, pipe, gravel then cement to make runoff drains along the sides. Anyway, here's some picks of what I have done so far.

You should also consider a drain basin with tile on the side with the slope going away from foundation. Do it now and you can save a huge pain later. You might also consider a retaining wall on that backside. I am in process of retro fitting a drain basin alongside my French drain that couldnt handle the runoff and wish i had done it first. Spend it now,it only gets more expensive later. Good luck.
