Looks pretty good. Is this a garage only building or are you planning to have a conditioned office or storage loft?

The whole upstairs will be basically a house, I'm planning on the whole thing being conditioned in going to get one of those Mr cool units for ac and run pellet stoves for heat

Very cool. And I like the mini-split idea, I think you'll be happy with it. I just had a 4 head system installed on my cabin and so far I'm very pleased with the performance. Will this be your first time using a pellet stove for heat or are you used to running them?

May the gods be in your favor  j/k....a little bit.. When I moved in I only had a wood burning stove for heat and a couple of space heaters. It was a cold. winter. I had plenty of oak to burn but my stove had an air leak around the door. The fire rope gasket the p.o. installed was too small a diameter so it leaked and it wasn't efficient to burn the whole night. I would either heat myself out of the house by midnight or wake up freezing at 2am. I'm guessing the pellet stove might be easier to control and more efficient burning. I'm interested to see how it goes for you, especially with that "-" in front of the numbers lol

Paying a contractor to finish up the outside house wrap, t1-11, sofit fascia, trim and the shingles. Then all I need is garage doors and it'll be closed in
