30x55 Garage Condo

So I've been busy. Put up the High bay Nuvo led lights, big *** fan, and lift.

Also built the storage room today.

Next week, the PEI 5 tile goes in, then going to wire the storage room, setup my 24" vanity. And then sheetrock the back room.

Going with sandless 1/16" grout and back buttering all the tiles.

Leveling and underlayment first. They are laying in tile day. All the tile is being back-buttered.

I've been busy. Place is 98% complete. Need a fridge and some stain on the ceiling in the storage area.

Barn door is from home depot...

Stuck a wash basin in storage are as well.

Nonetheless, it was all back-buttered and I was able to run a scissor lift on it no problem.
