30x60x16 in MI - Finally

After a few years of saving/budgeting/planning my barn build has finally started. The main aspects of this building is for storage - including my travel trailer. It will be 30X60X16 with a 10x30 lean to, 2 12X14 doors in the front (Gable end) and 1 12X12 on the side. Very excited.

I am doing a 30x56 very soon, also in MI. For some reason when i see pictures of barns in the process of being built they always look small. But when you are inside of a finish barn, its huge.

They are never big enough but I will say, when the dirt work was done I thought it looked small but seeing it in person built up, it looks big...I am sure once its done and I move in my travel trailer I will say its small again. Unfortunately, this is as big is the township would allow.

Well, I obviously have failed to provide any updates recently. Fast forward ~2 weeks and we are getting close to the finish line. Concrete is done (plumbing and electrical set ups done), metal is finishing up. Overhead doors are framed out and they should be delivered today. Very happy with how it is coming together. Should be ready to move in my stuff on Saturday (7 days from concrete pour).
