3106 Pliers

Does anyone recognize this brand? I picked these up at a thrift store recently. I can make out 3106 and USA on the engraving.

Hi. Just google 3106 pliers it's probably a Penens or one of the other Pendleton tool brands Fleet, Challenger etc. Exactly the type you'd expect to find at a thrift store.

I followed Mr.X’s advice and immediately found that number shown in both Fleet and Penens.

My Challenger pliers with the helmet have a slightly different number, 3126. Might be a different style.

The 3106 was Pendleton's (Fleet, Challenger, Penens, etc.) bottom tier plier with cadmium finish, rough grinding, no grip texture, but still alloy steel.
