In my intro I told you I only have a small rental storage unit to work out of.It is really nice for what it is,but I don't own it,and it is too small.I finally found a warehouse for sale closer to my house and am doing whatever I can to get it!!I hope to be able to put in an offer today!

Good luck JT, that sounds really awesome. Run a bidness in one corner, restore some cars in another, and rent out another section to a few boat/RV owners and u got your monthly payment made!

:headscrat Yeah, and after looking at the proportions again, it would make a great storage building for a submarine.

Wouldn't be too bad if the bay doors are on the long side.

Just section it off @ about 100' and then make the rest storage units - you could get quite a few 10'x12' wide storage units in the remainder of the building (just to cover the mortgage)

That is the big plan!I'm not sure if car-mororcycle storage,or enclosed units will be better.I wouldn't have to build anything for the cars. The doors are on either end.
