32x24 pole barn in SJ

I recently just put up a 32x24 pole barn with 4'' of concrete and 2 insulated doors. It has 2 windows. I didn’t have enough money to insulate the pole barn while building it (which I know was a bad decision) so my next this fall will be insulating it little by little. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to GJ. Nice start on a shop. The big question is what do you plan to use the shop for - hangout, car repairs or restoration, wood shop..

Before you insulate, make sure you have everything in the walls that you want - electric, air lines, electric, plumbing if available, more electric... Once the insulation is in, adding afterthoughts are a pain.

The best thing for you would be to browse the "Garage Gallery' section and see what other GJ'ers have done in their shops.
