Well its getting close to break ground !!!:bounce: I've worked hard and ready to build as soon as my guy comes and levels the grade. I'm going to slit the grade. So thats filling some and taking some out! I have All materials waiting to be Dropped off then the fun Begins. It's a 32x32 with a 16x16 lean to off the gable end and 2 10x9 doors at the other. I have got a lot of ideas off here  I love this site. I will have up dates through out the build .. Thanks

Good luck and remember take lots of pics of the building process! You are lucky to have found this site before your build...I keep seeing posts on here that make me shout the Homer Simpson "DOH!...wish I would have thought of that when building mine!"

Post lots of pics of the build. This site has lots of great ideas for setting up a new garage. When I set my new pole barn up last year I had people say that I thought of everything. Not really, I just scoured this site and gleamed all the great ideas from everyone else here.

Good luck on your upcoming project. One thing that I have done on both of my buildings is to use an insulated vapor barrier. It is 2" of fiberglass on a plastic sheet. It sure cuts down on moisture and does some insulating too. You can see some of it in my build below. If you have other than metal siding, or plan other finishing inside then you can ignore this advise.
