36,000 btu heater output temp?

I got a Hamilton Home Products 36,000 btu natural gas heater on trade and installed it in a 3 car garage. This garage already has baseboard radiant heat in it that maintains about 55 degrees.
The air coming out of the forced air heater is approximately 95 degrees and takes forever to increase the temperature in the garage. Is this normal for that size heater?
