What are my options? I want to cover them all. Price doesn't matter. Can be older discontinued model. Not going to be using top chest. Taller the better for more storage but not so tall it can't be used as a standing workbench. Can remove casters to lower height, cabinet doesn't have to be mobile. Red preferred but not necessary. Can purchase from either US or Canadian market, no preference.

Basically:
-Must be 36" Wide x 24"
-Drawers must be full width
-Want to place wood board on top to use as light duty workbench

*edit* Can a mod edit my title to "36" Wide x 24" Deep Full Width Drawer Roll Cabinet Options?"

Yeh, for your depth requirement used snapon would be best option. May take while find one but will be best match to requirements and best bang for buck buy and retain good & easy resale value .

Nice pick up DWise! That's one of the models I was considering. Was going to do the same and be patient with the used market. I really like the tall top drawer for socket storage.

Does anyone other than snap on make roll cabs in a 24" depth? Seeing lots of 20", 21", 22", but really want to maximize storage with 24". I know there are deeper options but I can't fit them unfortunately.

Does it need to be on wheels? Can it be stationary? Anyway Stanley vidmar and lista are another option. The vidmar's are 28-30" deep. BCD.

Hmm, it really doesn't. That was just the standard I'm used to (automotive tool storage). I guess I'll gain more storage where the casters would usually be. I'll look into them. Only time I'll be moving the cabinet is when I move houses. I don't want to go more than a 24" depth though, and need to stay within a 36" width.

Is it a virus that almost everyone asking about cabinets does not have a location?
BlackBerry, please include a location.

My mistake, forgot to post in the details in the new thread. Can purchase from US or Canadian market, no preference.

Proto makes a new one, @ $1400 shipped via amazon. GJ crowd says the are same as the MAC so a good quality level.

The Proto cabinet is not quite 36" wide, Amazon lists it at 34". I really want to maximize storage for my 36" space.

You're missing pcmeiner's point. WHERE are you located? Folks are trying to help you and you're making it difficult. Some of the best boxes and prices are not available shipped. Are you willing to drive to Canada and pick up the box???
