Hello All,
The build started in Oct. for my 36 x 24 x 12 with attic trusses then sort or stalled with weather and getting the concrete poured. The last two weeks have been hectic with workmen, and I think they are working towards getting finished and their final payment before Christmas.
Concrete foundation and slab went in. Wall framing and was up last week and the attic trusses put in place. Roofing happened this weekend and the interior stairs and windows should go in today. 3 windows on one side and 2 on the other side (2 x 4 windows, landscape, 7 feet high for security) with 2 front and 1 side window in the attic. They may get to siding, then the doors (9 x 10) should appear tomorrow. No electric or water planned yet. I need to get the building complete and inspected, then electrical and water happen in the new year. This is a budget build, no insulation or other fancy niceties until later. I did pop for a polished concrete floor (6 inch for a future lift), which will still need to happen.
