If you don't mind me asking how much was the ibeam? I'm having a hard time with the builder finding attic truss to span 32ft.

Awesome space! Great choice to tear down the old and do it all over. Some things are just meant to be torn down.
I don't recall but it was pretty affordable. Plus you then get the capability for a hoist/trolleyIf you don't mind me asking how much was the ibeam? I'm having a hard time with the builder finding attic truss to span 32ft.
