360 Swivel Hook for cherry picker

To all
WTB: A SOURCE for a 360 degree Swivel hook and 2 or 3 chain links for a cherry picker (engine hoist). I have looked local mom and pop and big boxes to no avail. Didn't see it in Graingers but might have missed it. Does it exist?. 2 1/2 ton to match lift or in smaller size since I use it only for auto engines.

Harbor Freight has that kind of stuff, otherwise expect to pay $$$.

Do you have a tractor supply or similar farm store around? That would be my best guess.

Ill keep looking. exactly the reason, tired of trying to set engine position only to have it rotate back to resting position original 2-3 links just twist up needs a true swivel saw a small version and was 17.00 I expect it to be pricey but worth it

Go to your local Jet dealer (around here it is a welding supply store) and ask for the swivel hook from a chain come-along with the same rating as your hoist. You can find the chain and links to fit the hook at your local rigging supply store. Make sure you ask for overhead lifting rated chain/links.

Grainger has a 1500 pound swivel hook for about 17.00 or 18.00 if I remember correctly. I think it is china sourced though.

You really should pop the $25 for a decent load leveler. I have one and good sized canvas bag full of various chains and other rigging stuff like bolts and washers to lock the chains.
