36x30 concrete pad completed last friday.

Is this the time to do epoxy to the pad,before any building is started? And what would you all recommend.Should I do the sloped 6x36 pad that leads up to shop pad this part will always be exposed to weather any suggestions or comments are welcome.

Do it after or it will see a lot of abuse during the construction process.
