About a year ago I created socket set holders for the Pittsburgh Pro 10 piece SAE and Metric socket sets. The holders they come with ****, and I wanted something that would keep them from rolling around in my tool box. The designs can be found at the links below. Each socket gets recessed into the plastic and a post it sits on.

I'd always thought the 3-D printed parts would be a bit brittle until you got to a high end printer - apparently not - that's good to know. What printer and filament did you use?

I have an ender 3 which is about 200 bucks, then using Microcenter Inland PLA which was like 14 bucks for a spool. Overall they are holding up really well.
