While a used panel (even new, but not from a wholesaler) may have some value. It's a hard sell. No company will buy it, so you are looking for someone that wants a personal 3 phase service, which is pretty rare. Toss it up on craigs list for a bit and see what it gets then recycle it.

no company will buy it but there are a TON of electricians out there who will buy anything if the price is right.

<--- Electrician.

A resi panel would be easy to unload.
3 phase not so much. Unless it's loaded with breakers already. The tub and guts are only a couple hundred brand new. Unless it's a huge one, but then it's even harder to unload.

For liability I'd never install a used panel. I always want to be able to point a finger at someone else.

I know people will buy anything, so it's worth a shot. Just voicing my opinion.

yeah i would never buy a panel or breakers without a documented path back to the mfgr, but there are so many who do.
