4 1/2" HF angle grinder upgrade

hey all. I have the grinder mentioned in the title. I got it to bust some rust on my car and it did that job, and I only paid ten bucks for it. Any more use at this point is just profit for me! I want to take the gearcase apart and add grease to quiet it up. Any ideas on what type of grease to use? I have moly and high temp stuff. I also have the HF 1/2" reversible corded drill I bought to drill a wheel stud out. I will say that drill is quite a beast! I would like to tune that one up with some grease as well.

So any advice or ideas on ensuring these tools last a while longer?

Gearboxes like that need the high temp stuff. Preferably an "EP" rated grease.

I seem to remember JD corn head grease being mentioned in the past. $3 a tube and good to 330 degrees.

I have high temp ep rated grease, some red stuff in a can. ill give it a shot and post results this weekend
