I would imagine that this will be on clearance soon. Maybe after Father's Day. This was a Memorial Day special.

Update: I got them in the shop Friday and set them up, one with a flap disk and the other with a cut off wheel.

It was so nice having 4 at my disposal, the other two (Bosch) have a 1/4" grinding wheel and the 4th a cup brush, over the weekend I used all but the flap wheel. Must have saved me at least 30 minutes not having to switch back and forth.

I call that a score!

The reason I asked about the COO, is because in the description, there was a mention of a safety clutch. It made me think that maybe it may have been a rebranded Metabo because in the many reviews I have seen to date, Metabo is the only one to mention a safety clutch. If my memory serves me correctly.

I bought a set a while ago to run on my old Sa 200. These said ac/dc on them back then, first time plugged in smoked the grinder. Just a FYI incase your running on old welding machines.

They are very cheap, bought as throw aways for one job anyways, but won't run dc power.

Don't throw them out, they have a Lifetime warranty
