I’ve never seen those but Bosch makes a good SDS drive 4 bit drill.

Most of the better regarded Masonry drill bits come from Germany or Austria, but I’m not sure any of the manufacturers makes a four point bit like that with a hex shank.
Alpen, an Austrian drill bit manufacturer makes a hex shank set, but it just has the single piece carbide tip.

Nice drill sets. These look much better than the generic carbide tip drills I have.

Those Bosch look a lot like the Hilti TE-CX bits. When it comes to masonry drilling, Hilti is my favourite by a long way. Best in the business IMHO.
