4' fluorescent type LED bulbs, 30 volt DC ?

I was in Habitat a few days ago and they have some 4' LED tubes, rated at 30 vdc . where would the application be?

I've seen 10-30vdc bulbs for boats and rv's

Could be that's the voltage between the internal driver and the LED boards. If so, it's irrelevant information.

RV lighting used to use 24 DC, because it was available whether or not the RV was connected to an AC source (shore/generator). There are also off grid installations that use it, to avoid inverter losses.

Were these just bare tubes or part of a fixture? If bare tubes what was the end pin configuration?

just the tubes . I can't recall the pin outs, but I think it was +/- on one end
