Anyone know where to buy one? My 6" has too much beef around the jaws, so there is no point to cut the handle off. Comparing my 6" to my 8", there's a huge difference. Hoping to see that difference going from 6 to 4.

Thanks guys.

Have you considered a strap or chain wrench?

Can't fit or swing. I tried both.

Need 4" pipe wrench. A friend of mine has one, but wont part with it. I'm hoping the smart guys on here can point me in the right direction.

Perhaps the small set of the Robo grip pliers or the smaller slide lock Irwin channel locks work?

I have a tiny one, not sure what size but if I had to guess 4" would be close. It's old and I have no idea where it came from, have had it for years and got it used. But I use it a lot in tight situations where a pipe wrench is a life saver.

This is what i'm talking about. My buddy who has one said the same thing. My 6 inch has saved me a lot of times too. I have to find the 4":lol_hitti

Pretty sure I have a Ridgid 4" at work. It is small enough to put on a key chain .
I bought it used at a flea or a pawn.

Just out of curiosity what would one be working on that he used a 4 inch wrench?

Trying to remove a steering rack out of a car that's been in a accident. I've needed the wrench more than once. Tomorrow the torch comes out I guess.

^ ^ ^ If 4" pipe wrench is right tool for the job . . . hope you find one.

Now . . . do NOT . . . . tell SnapOn . . that reason is for working on steering rack.
They'll develop "exclusive steering rack" 4" tool for $ 675 !!!! :scared: . . :bounce:
