It's often called vinyl cove molding, or sanitary base. Make sure if you use it you get the special adhesive for it.
Personally, I think it's pretty expensive - about a buck a foot if I remember correctly.
I've got it in my bathroom...at home. :( It's going bye-bye this winter (along with the peel & stick vinyl).

You can get a peel and stick product that is the same shape but made of diamond plate. Not sure what your budget is but this stuff looks very sharp compared to the vinyl. It is just an option if you have some cash and really want to make garage look custom....

Hey Leroux,
Lowes or HD use to sell it in 4' sections and 20' or 100' rolls. also in black gloss, flat black and white. Its not the easiest stuff to work with or the cheepest. Good luck!

Oh no! dont do it. The diamond plating fad should have ended before it started. This is coming from a former DP junkie. I actually bought it in sheets and paid for custom plasma cutting. This was before all these companies jumped on a passed trend. If you must do diamond plate at least have it coated with something.

A couple of old threads on this stuff can be found here and here. It provides a more finished look and flexible enough to work with my very uneven block base wall.

HD sells the 4" vinyl base molding you are looking for at about $69 for 120'. Different colors too! They also have it in 20' rolls at about $19 and there is very thin stuff in 3' sections.

The 120' rolls are 1/8" thick if I remember.

We have a line of this that's great for floors that will also be coated. It's for industrial applications, so it's not only extremely durable, it's also a bit pricey. But it's pretty easy to install, very well designed, looks sharp, and after it's coated you can just hose down your entire floor.

A lot of food prep facilities are required to have these systems in place for sanitation purposes.

It comes in 1,4, 6 & 8 inches - it can cover a host of sins.
