Admittedly these are pretty "yesterday" but maybe someone wants a bunch of compact batts for lights or smaller drills or something.

All Milwaukee products have a warranty, even used ones. They go by the serial number.

That's only if you don't a receipt with date of purchase. A package can sit in the store for a year before it sells.
