Sorry, I'm a bit west of you so I can't recommend anyone in SoCal.
But when I was looking to buy a lift, finding dealers that just sold lifts vs. dealers that sold, installed and serviced the lifts they sold was just as important to me as the features and price were. I chose to go with Advantage Lifts because they ticked all of those boxes. You might want to get in touch with them to see what they can offer you. www.advantagelifts.com

bolt to floor or movable ?
i did 2 of the direct 4 post movable with a friend and there stupid easy to put together other than just china drawn picture and thats it on the directions . he uses them both for stacking and storing his 4 cars .
as to bolt to the floor stuff its not much harder just measure a lot and re check before you drill and bolt to the floor and shim as needed for level on the towers .
hope my info helps you make a choice in the direction your going . sorry i am 3k miles away but even this info might help you a bit .

Considered diy install, but even getting them here is a pain (I need 2 lifts), need to pick up with truck from warehouse and then spend a day to install. Was hoping to pay someone to pick up and install for reasonable price. $800-1k to do all this seems reasonable to me.

rollback tow truck a GOOD operator of one of them can pick it up and slide it off at your place easy . i should know i use to operate a rollback for over 5 years full time and moved a LOT of weird stuff .
and 2 buddys can do it in 5-6 hr's if you have any wrenching ability . the 2nd one we did took under 3 hr's and we did 2 mods to it also .

Assembly of a 4 post lift is not too difficult and can be done solo. Engine hoist, or similar, small fork lift, or a small loader will work.
The heaviest component will be the ramp with the hydraulic cylinder, but again, it is manageable.
Should you have interest in seeing the assembly process, go to post #52 in my thread. There, you will see pictures from off loading from the trailer, the unit in the shop and finally the individual components being assembled with the use of my little loader.
Notes:
Purchase extended length approach ramps if any of your cars are low slung. Also, plate steel approach ramps can be heavy so if there is an option, get the aluminum ramps.
Further, some lifts keep the approach ramps attached to the lift. Personally, think this is a bad idea because there is the potential of accidental contact with you or others in your garage and they add to the overall length of the lift when permanently attached.
If you assemble the lift outside of your garage, be sure the assembled unit will fit through your garage door opening........
Purchase dollies for the cars because they are indispensable for moving all kinds of items in your garage, home, shop. Also purchase the casters for the lift. Just one set is needed to move your lifts around, and there will be a time that they will have to be moved.
My choice in lifts was Backyard Buddy. Made in Warren, OH. US or Canadian steel used.
