This is a KaTool 4H110. After about a year maintenance was needed.
After leveling up the ramps in the locked and travel positions, this is what was done.
The fittings on top of the posts were painted with galvanized paint.

The pulley axles were greased with Mobil 1 Synthetic Grease.
The wire ropes were treated with In-Force Penetrating Oil.

The lift lock mechanisms were treated to Blaster All Purpose Lubricant.

The lock springs were replaced with stainless steel units. (McMaster-Carr 2" long, 1/2" diameter, 0.045 wire diameter #9433K245)
