Any thoughts on Backyard buddy or advantage 4 post lift ,Both seem decent construction wise, Backyard made in USA and advantage China.

Try typing “Backyard Buddy” -in quotes, just like I did here- into the search tool here. You’ll find plenty on the subject, more than the responses you’ll get in this thread. You can do the same thing with “Advantage”.

I have the 9000 XLT and it's great. I think the Advantage is better built and cheaper (at least it was). I could care less about the ALI certification....

I have the Advantage 9000 and the 11k. Both are excellent.

The 9000 is certified, but the 11k isn’t. Certification is nice, and gives the consumer peace of mind, but it’s an added cost to the manufacturer, so it’s understandable why not all products have the documentation.

I would buy again.

Thanks after some checking and talking to advantage on phone, looks like going to buy Advantage plus I can pickup within 300 miles from me and save $700

I picked both of mine up at the warehouse south of St Paul. It’s a public warehouse, so be prepared to wait a little when picking it up, if that’s where you’re going.
