I have a huge 4 ton Hein Warner floor jack and not certain what it needs to work like it should. Even if i rebuilt it i don't have a use for it even though it really looks pretty darn cool. so passing it on to a GJ member before listing on Craigs. i'll ship it if you pay the shipping and i do have a pallet if that is the best way because it is pretty big.

i'll take more pictures if you like so just ask, but i'm not going to take it apart because if I had time to do that i'd rebuild it and sell it for more or keep it.

thanks

PS i can deliver within 90 minutes of South Seattle if you add gas money to the deal. or will trade for a vise that is in decent shape and over 100 pounds and no charge for delivery if i agree to the trade.

Pending sale: A GJ member has agreed to buy my Hein Werner 4 ton jack and willing to pay shipping.

anybody care to PM me with the best way to ship one of these 1000 miles? i'm thinking of taking the handle off and putting it on a pallet and shipping via Fastenal trucks. anybody have a better idea and how easy is the handle going to come off?

For sale for LOCAL PICK UP ONLY due to the fact that taking the handle off is almost half a rebuild. since I've never rebuilt one of these and it's probably to expensive to ship with handle on the jack it's up for local pick up only at this point unless you have a friend i can drop it off to and he can ship it to you.

by the way i hadn't tried to move the handle before posting this ad and when i took a look at the handle to see how difficult to remove i was able to move the handle a few inches to get the hydraulics to start coming out of their cylinders.

not sure if working or not at this point.

Sold via Craigslist and nice young guy drove an hour with his two little girls to pick it up. he drove it back home and within a few minutes said he got it working so maybe it was a technical problem. i didn't need it so was hoping to pass on a good deal.
