I use the drill, impact driver, impact wrench and grinder the most. The circular saw and reciprocating saw would be an extremely close tie for fifth. I don't think Ive ever used the little cut out tool, the jigsaw has only been used a time or two and someone decided they liked the flashlight more than I did when it was about 2-3 weeks old.
I'd like a finish gun but I doubt I'd use it much. Id use a portaband pretty regularly butI don't think a battery would last too long. If I were to buy another tool in this line I'd probably get a 3/8 or 1/2" compact impact. I wish they made a stronger 4-500ft lb impact or a cordless ratchet. Hard to jump ship on brand when you've got 10-12 batteries and 5 chargers
If you work with wood, Id get the Drill, Impact driver, circular saw and reciprocating saw.
If you are looking for a more mechanical approach, Id go with the Drill, Impact driver, Impact wrench and reciprocating saw.
Impact wrench, hammer drill (don't really use the hammer setting much, though), impact driver, hackzall. I am looking to get the M12 3/8 ratchet one of these days, and may step up to the M18 system and/or the IR W7150 impact wrench as well.
Haven't done any woodworking for an awfully long time though.
I bought the 18v LiIon Makita Set. impact/cordless/sawzall/flashlight base set. Then it had a promo for free circular saw. awesome deal, somewhere in the $400 range.
Those little panel saws actually work pretty good if you put a carbide tip blade on them. They will cut "2 by" fairly easily, just not all day long, unless you have multiple batteries.
The DeWalt driver is great for driving screws and small nuts or bolt with a hex-to-3/8 drive adapter. Probably not enough power for lug nuts.
