Quiet glide.

I have the top chest. It's ok if you don't put alot of weight in the drawers.

I just bought the same boxes in black but the ones with ball bearing and grip latch. I think its more heavyduty. I would look for one with ball bearings, its going to hold up better. I put mine on layaway two weeks ago when it was on sale for 50% off $750.00 for both boxes. My shop is being built right now so I don't have a place to store it, with the layaway I let Sears store it and still got the get sale price.

I have the Black Griplatch with ball bearings as well.... I too think it is more heavy duty but don't quote me I haven't looked at the one you posted in awhile. I bought both boxes for $500 on CL and felt like it was a good deal..... For a home user I'm sure the one you posted would be fine I have a smaller version of the one you posted and it isn't as strong as the griplatch model but it's good enough I won't ever have any problems.

I havent seen the 40" in the local store, but Costco has a 36" Homak that looks and feels much better than the bottom end craftsman 26" the local store has. That's why I am wondering about this combo, if they are like the bottom end 26" at the local Sears, it's pretty scary how bad it is.
