The Craftsman are very nice, and were USA made when I got mine about a year ago.
Judging from the picture, though, I'd guess these are not USA anymore.

I like how they have the cman pro logo at the bottom and yet the pic of the pkg clearly states that they are general tso wrenches

I ordered these a few months ago and received MIC sets. I returned them and ordered individual wrenches. They were all USA. I paid more but I don't mind.

Craftsman offered a 'specialty wrench set', a few years back and I think it includes some offset wrenches, tappet, and other odd shapes. I've been looking for that set it was USA made.
the individual wrenches are still made in USA, but you pay a lot more...

Over the past 2 months I have picked up metric (7 wrench) and SAE (5 wrench) sets as open stock and every one of them ordered online were made in USA. The open stock offset wrenches are currently about $10-20 each, although 2 weeks ago they were in the $8-15 range.
Before coupons:
5 SAE wrenches are $68.35
5 mm wrenches are $62.95 (or $101.18 if you add the 20x22 and 21x23)
Chinese 5-wrench sets are $24.99 each

You should have kept the MIC set and when the individuals showed up, returned the MIC as if they were the individuals.
That's what I did with the deep offsets and full polished as well. I did it over a period of time so that it was not completely obvious what I was doing.

I paid $118.00 for 12 wrenches. I know I could have done the exchanges but I had a bunch of points so it brought it down some and I wanted to get them before they weren't available anymore.

The two sets came in and they are Made in China
Each of the 12 individual ones are USA (well..11 so far one more is being shipped from TX, be here tomorrow, fingers crossed)
People think Apex ships weird. Sears sent me each of the 12 wrenches in separate boxes via UPS, I guess the good thing is they didn't get an scratched up in shipping! What a waste.

I bought a full set of metric deep offset open stock on the Sears website, 3 months ago. They were 100% USA. At the time, they were on discount, and took coupons, so the full set bought individually wasn't a bad price.
Don't bother with the Harbor Freight ones. I had those and returned them. They are made in India, and are sub-par compared to Harbor Freight already low China standards. The smallest couple wrenches of made in India Harbor Freight deep offsets you can actually bend in your hand. They look to be cast, not forged. Looks like they pour cheap recycled metal into a mold for these.
