It's literally TTi, everything I've bought ships from the tti distribution center/headquarters in Anderson SC, the store on the property there even has Milwaukee stuff (I don't know about the other stores). Ridgid blemished items are eligible for the LSA.

I’ve done decent with it, but avoid the big stuff now. Hopefully it’s changed, but things like miter saws get put into a big box with no packaging. My leaf blower is five years old and doing great
I bought mine for a similar price from them 5 years ago. No complaints besides I need to clean the rollers again.

The factory refurb stuff from ridgid is NOT eligible for the lifetime service agreement. It might still be a good deal, but just be advised.

I got one of the pancake compressors and it has worked fine for the few times I've used it. No warranty though.

Are Ryobi impacts decent enough for a first cordless impact gun? I've been helping a buddy of mine with some seriously rusted stuff, and doing it by hand since neither of us own one. Took a fuel tank off a G20 Saturday, and with my Gearwrench wrenches at home and no super-deep sockets at all, I had to grin and bear it with cheap wrenches. And as I get into a few car and equipment related projects myself--I definitely need one. I have a few pneumatic guns, but almost all of them are worn out cheap no-name stuff that was handed down.
Craftsman has a brushless one that runs on my existing V20 batteries, but it's still more than double these Ryobi models on sale--and still more than if I just ordered them from Home Depot (since we don't have one here).

I work with the engineering guys at TTI and I spoke with them regarding the outlet stuff. Pretty much anything that is labeled as "factory blemished" is surplus and not actually blemished. Anything labeled as "refurb" is refurb. It's a legit site, I've bought many tools from there over the years with no problems.

Did they have any thoughts regarding the quality/comprehensiveness of the refurb process?
I have 2 of their stores where I live that are both in the two tangers outlets here in myrtle beach.
I have never had a problem w/anything I have purchased including some ridgid tools and batteries over the years.
The last thing I purchased was a (new in box) Ryobi Pet stik vacuum cleaner and 2 extra 6.0 batteries (refurbed) it gets a workout every day as I have 4 cats. It is nice to be able to see what I'm getting so I can understand the hesitation of some folks here.

Just as good if not better than new because the tool is inspected pretty thoroughly upon refurbishment.
