$400 for tools...........

10 years without a lost time accident at work and each employee (23) can pick out 2-3 tools totaling $400 from Sears, Grainger or a local all in one shop. Have plenty of wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, welders, air tools, etc.

What's a guy to do?:bounce:

pick out something that you wouldnt normally buy for yourself.

i used to buy wrench racks, hansen trays, socket rails, extra cordless drill/driver, ect when i had "free money"

Nice to hear of a company doing something nice for the employees. Seems lately most news is how much employees are getting shafted for something.

I agree the welder is a good idea, or do you need a nice new floor jack?
