$400 for tools...........

10 years without a lost time accident at work and each employee (23) can pick out 2-3 tools totaling $400 from Sears, Grainger or a local all in one shop. Have plenty of wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, welders, air tools, etc.

What's a guy to do?

i used to buy wrench racks, hansen trays, socket rails, extra cordless drill/driver, ect when i had "free money"

If you can get a local "all-in-one-shop" to order one for you.. I'd get a FLEX dual action orbital buffer kit....

If you clean, polish any cars, trucks or trailers it will save you a huge amount of time and effort...
