I have a 400 sq. ft. second-floor area with plywood floors to be used as a storage area and an art studio for my daughter. I used Sherwin-Williams Macropoxy 646 on the concrete floor downstairs and am pleased with that. Would Macropoxy 646 or Durabak-type coatings be useful there, or just porch paint?

I would be more inclined to put down sheet vinyl. Depending on the dimensions you would have at least one seam which might be an issue. The two products you showed look like complete overkill ? If you dont want to do that then I agree that a couple of coats of a good porch and floor enamel should do the job.

I did porch paint for the upstairs and the stairs in my shop. The floor still looks good and the stair treads are finally starting to wear after 20 years of me going up and down.
