Hi
First time posting wanted to share a picture and info of my new garage.
Garage is 40x28 with one bay that has 14" high ceiling for a 2 post 7k rotary lift.
Above this bay is a 14x16 room.
The other 2 bays have 10 foot ceilings with a 28x25 woodworking shop above.
The walls have R19 insulation ceilings R38 both have been blueboarded and plastered.
Heat is going to be handled by a 120k btu forced hot air propane furnace.
Only have an exterior pic before we installed the outside lighting will post updated exterior and interior pics later.

No one has said I'm crazy but a few have asked if I plan on living in it.
As far as the cost about 16k for material and 15K for the labor to frame and side it.That doesn't include cost of excavation, footings or foundation. Concrete is expensive.
