Interesting that they ran the joints vertically on the first floor and correctly on the horizontal on the second floor. Vertical joints are much too much work.

Vertical stand ups are ten times easier to finish then horizontal sheets. You don't have any **** joints to finish, all factory rolled edges. When we did offices we would do stand ups and rock like crazy. It's way less work then horizontal sheets!
