40x40 shop lighting layout

Hi I’m in the process of installing the lights in my new shop.I have 16 4 ft led light fixtures and would love to now the best possible layout.The building is 40X40x14 and will have a 2 post lift installed on right rear corner.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Take a look at the two sticky notes at the top of this section - one is about the latest and greatest light fixtures to use, and the other has a number of lighting layouts for various size shops and garages. There may well be a 40x40 layout in there you can use.

Generally, 4x4 grid with outside lights 2-3' from the walls. So, 9' grid spacing or little less depending on interior dimensions.
You have 2x4 panel high bays, or 4' strips?
